Release v0.32: A sturdier lock, and a few loose ends tied up

Your plan and usage limits stopped trusting a flat, locally-editable cache this release. They're now carried in a signed, expiring token the app verifies before honoring it — so a hand-edited plan or a deleted cache file no longer buys you limits you didn't actually pay for, and the numbers you see everywhere are the numbers that actually apply.

Two rough edges from the last release's `DocViewer` highlight annotations got cleaned up: docs no longer render with a hardcoded white background that fought the whole point of matching your theme, and the "Ask a question" popover now reliably shows up when you highlight a passage. The client also picked up this site's conic-gradient button flare, and mobile got a fix for a stray blank strip along the left edge of the animated background.

The old `one-off-threads` scratch workspace is gone, replaced by an ordinary `Uncategorized` workspace shared between ad-hoc chats and a new "Status Triage" scheduled Agent — both now show up in the same cross-workspace unread list. And the About, Privacy, and Terms pages on this site finally have real copy. Full details on the Release Notes page.
