Asking for your approval

Some steps deserve a person: sending the email, merging the change, spending the money. An Agent can stop at that step and ask. The question shows up with Approve and Deny in the Status Report on your computer, and as a notification with the same two buttons on every phone you've paired. The agent waits for your answer, and if nobody answers in time, it takes that as a no.

A request marked sensitive needs Face ID or your fingerprint on your phone. The phone signs your answer with a key that only your face or finger unlocks, and your computer checks it, so an agent can't approve its own request. A phone's key only counts once you've allowed it on your computer, matching a code the phone shows you. Your computer can still say no to a sensitive request, but only your phone can say yes.

It's worth writing into an agent's instructions exactly which steps need asking about. Ask too often and the questions become noise; for everything else, a notification or a note in the thread is enough.
