Start with an Agent that already gathers something on a schedule: open pull requests, new leads, today's numbers. Have it write what it finds into one of the workspace's saved values at the end of each run, a list of rows under one name. The Storage tab shows you it's there.
In a thread in that workspace, ask for a table, or a chart, that shows that saved value rather than a copy of it. Its heading names the value, shows a dot while it's live, and says when it was last written.
Open the dots menu on it and choose Copy Shortcode, then paste the tag on its own line at the top of the workspace's prompt. In read mode the table appears there, live, with any buttons working. From now on, opening the workspace shows the latest numbers without anyone sending a message; see Replies you can use, not just read.
