Using Frontier away from home

Leave the house and the work comes with you. A phone you have paired at home reaches the same Frontier from a train, a café, or another time zone. The agents keep running on your own computer, and you can read what they did, answer the question one got stuck on, and let it carry on.

Nothing needs opening on your router. Away from home, the phone goes through Frontier's relay, and the connection is encrypted from the phone all the way to your computer, so the relay passes it along without being able to read it. "Remote access from anywhere" in Settings is on by default, and each phone has its own Anywhere switch under Remote Access, for the ones that should only work at home. Your computer only connects to the relay while a phone needs it.

You always know when it happens. When a paired phone connects from outside your network after half an hour or more without using Frontier, your computer shows a notification saying so, and the Notifications log keeps it. The Paired phones list shows which phones are active now, when each was last seen, and whether that was on your network or through the relay.

Changes leave a trail. When a phone changes something, like sending a message, resolving a thread or editing a workspace, the Audit Trail records which phone did it and which request it made, without copying what was sent. Reading doesn't leave a row.

If you keep work and personal life in separate contexts, a phone can have just the ones it needs. Untick the others under the phone's Contexts, and it won't list them, open them or get their notifications. Only the computer can change that list.

And if a phone goes missing, Revoke cuts it off at once. Its open connections close, through the relay too, and it can't get back in until you pair it again at home.
